God spare us from earthquakes

A very strong magnitude 7.4 earthquake rocked offshore of Davao Oriental on Friday, October 10, around 9 in the morning, the news said.
The earthquake was also strongly felt across various provinces in Davao, Mindanao.
It also reached across a wider area like Cebu City, parts of Eastern Samar and Leyte, Southern Leyte, Bukidnon, Cagayan de Oro City, Davao del Sur, Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato, General Santos City, Sultan Kudarat, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur.
The municipality of Manay in Davao Oriental was under the state of calamity for it was the hardest hit by the earthquakes. 8 deaths were reported.
This quake is the latest of the series earthquakes that hit the country.
74 people died in Cebu on September 30 when the magnitude 6.9 earthquake hit Cebu, reported by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).

I´m so very sorry.

Keep safe. My friend and I organized an outreach program for people affected by the recent earthquake. What was meant to be a simple vacation turned out into something far more meaningful. I created a poster to encourage fellow citizens to donate money. Many of our friends from the Catholic church willingly donated money.

We felt it in the evening of September 30. It's 25-second duration of the quake. We rushed outside to be safe.
