Somebody has actually viewed the house across the road.

So we were told that the house had been sold in a private sale …..we were waiting and waiting for someone to move in …..nothing happened.
Then when I was talking to a neighbour I found out that the sale had fallen through.
Today a family came to view ….the first people that we have seen.
It is a big house, 4 bedrooms and a decent size garden.

@snowy22315 to be honest here the houses usually sell quickly . The house next to Mom ….where they have been having the parties this weekend ….sold before a FOR SALE board went up. It was online and within 2 days it was sold.

I hope so. It’s a small cul de sac and most are really lovely and friendly.
