Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 63 degrees F and windy here at the Jersey Shore. We will be dealing with a nor'easter today and apparently getting hit the hardest. Great. Today is my uncle's visitation. It is just visitation and there will be no memorial service so I will just go, see my aunts and uncle, and leave. I hope to get there and be gone before my mother shows up. Darwin only knows how she will conduct herself. I have some kitchen projects planned for the afternoon. I'm trying to use up most of the sourdough discard. I also want to get my work week breakfasts and lunches prepped. What's everyone else up to today?
