What makes someone a good role model?
What attributes would it take to make someone worth modeling yourself after?
I don't think anyone looks to me as a role model.
I had a boss once that I sort of considered a role model. He wasn't a mentor as he didn't teach me things or advise me like an apprentice but I saw how he interacted with people from all walks of life and treated them as kindly and genuinely no matter what their circumstances. I also modeled his pursuit of knowledge.

I have no one except cousin #3 to be a role model for...and she's too busy. She's always canceling on me; and I know that's not how I am!!!!

I’m a role model to my nieces and nephew. And apparently to a few others I didn’t realize until recently. I want to be the kind of person Jesus would be proud of. Sure, making my parents proud (and they are/were) is great, but ultimately His judgment of my ability to be a role model is what matters. I guess He’s the ultimate Role Mosel.

I'd like to think so. Some people, mostly in my family, I find (at times) appear to admire me more than I'd otherwise think.
My role model was definitely my grandfather on my mother's side. That becomes more and more true for me every day as I find myself so often referring back to things he said or taught me.
