Today we had roast chicken…..and a posh pud !

So , with today being Sunday of course we had a roast dinner. It just happened to be my most favourite dinner in the world. Today we had a roast chicken dinner. So, we had, roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, sage & onion stuffing, and gravy. Oh my days it was delicious. For pudding today Mom had made a Baileys cheesecake …..what a surprise …. It was the creamiest, dreamiest pud there ever was ! What did you have for your Sunday lunch ?
