Somalis fled their troubled country in the 1990s.Black Hawk Down was the movie about that war. They took to piracy in the new millennium. They made a few quid from that. Internet fraud is their next venture, targeting older westerners pensions with romance scams and all sorts. Whats interesting about Somali refugees and asylum seekers is that most that fled to Europe went to the cold north, counterintuitive.They tend to want to go where the diaspora has a community in major city, London having half of the toal 150,.000 in the U.K. Many of the men chew qat, an illegal plant stem drug, not conducive to employment.
