The creep neighbor is hiding from me

I haven't seen him in a couple of weeks. I know that he is still here because I can smell the stench of cigarettes and pot. He knows what time I leave for work and when I typically get back. I used to see him out there all the time but not any longer. One time I was taking out the trash or something and the door opened a bit and then immediately closed. I thought that was curious but didn't give it much thought. Well when I was coming up the stairs when I got back here the same thing happened again. It does not bother me one bit that he doesn't want to see me or me to see him. I find it hilarious. He could literally fall off of the planet and it wouldn't bother me. In fact I'd be happy because I wouldn't have to see/smell his smoke and his spit everywhere.
