I'm making the Instant Pot Cuban Pork recipe from the Skinnytaste web site. I'm going to have it with cilantro-lime rice, pico de gallo, and avocado. I'll have some green salad as well because I'm an adult and eat my vegetables.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
This Instant Pot Cuban Pork Recipe features tender shredded pork marinated in a garlic, cumin, and citrus marinade, then cooked to perfection in the Instant Pot.

I had a frozen Meals on Wheels dinner. Turkey Tetrazzini, Brussels sprouts and carrots and Mandarin oranges.

My main meal today consisted of bacon, tater tots fried in my electric pan and topped with scrambled eggs with shredded cheddar, I could never get pork to be juicy and tender but my mom made the best pork chops whwre dad and I ate up the meat and left her to gnaw on the bones
