Two eye tests for Mom tomorrow

Busy day for us tomorrow. Firstly it’s shopping day but we will have to be quick because after we get home and unpack the shopping we have to hot foot it out again to get into town as Mom has two eye test appointments.
The first is the general eye test then the second is the contact lens test.
In total they should both take about an hour.
I hope everything will be fine. She doesn’t think there is much change in her sight.

Unfortunately, the cataracts are getting worse.

@Traceyjayne I've had surgery on both of my eyes done. She will have to have hers done too I'm assuming.

You almost never know. While we were out, visiting the va for a nutrition appoitment, my husband announced he wanted new eye glasses. For qhat, I don't know... but since it's been almost ten years since his last eye exam, we need to do it again.

Yes, you do need to have them checked regularly. My Mom is very good about doing that.

@Traceyjayne I was told I don't need to unless my vision declines or I start having headaches around the eyes or something. I'm already blind, from optical atphroy and I'm stable. So, it's just a waste of the doctor's time, my time and my husband's time.
