I hear the squirrels crashing around on the porch. I am surprised Nico didn't run over there to see it, but at the moment he is occupied by critter viewing in the back. One day one was in a discarded flower pot looking for seeds. That gives me an idea though. I threw out squash seeds last night which would be on the top of the trash..maybe I could toss those out there for them. The squirrels need to get fat for the upcoming winter.

Yes, The seeds were more buried than I thought, but I found a spoon that had several attached so I put those out Hopefully they will check them out Another thing I will put out will be dryer fluff.

That's funny. I don't think Nico would be impressed with the seeds. He might have liked a bite of the squash though. He enjoys canned pumpkin.

@LadyDuck The cat I had before Nico enjoyed popcorn kernels, but mostly he liked to chase them. He loved the bounce. And noise.
