I purchased a brand new car 2022 and today the three year has expired and needs to be registered at our Land and Transportation agency that regulates cars registration renewal. I thought it would take me sometime since the last time I renewed my father’s car registration it took me almost the whole day to finish it. But surprisingly today they made it fast like l finished it in almost a couple of hours only. I got there around 10 am and finished just before 12noon quite impressive improvement in the process.

Yeah before, i got to reserved the whole day for that chore to line you car checked to smoke emmission test insurance renewal, etc. Those took time lining up from one cashier to another window. This time we needed to make it straight and waited to be called to pay after that its done already. So next year this will be the routine l have to do. It was a nice improvement.

Time decrease for process sounds great,they should improve efficiency.I just know we renew driver license every six years here.

For Driver's license now it is extended to 10 yrs now. Before it used to be 3 years only before renewal.

I am very surprise to learn that the register only last for 10 years and the re-newal take hours.

For new cars we only have 3 yrs before you apply for renewal then after that it would be a yearly duty to renew your registration for cars.

Yeah l was surprised that they would be asking so many things but they didn’t. They just check the conditions of the car the lights and the emissions test went very fast. Insurance renewal and payment of the registration was a smooth too. Was surprised that the or was issued fast and the cashier told me its done already and congratulated me l am done.
