Still waiting on Techs

I called the company...left a message...no call back yet. I posted in the Dell Community..no answer yet. Before I went to the Dell Community..I was on Youtube, and saw a link to Dell Support. I clicked on it, and chatted with probably a robot. Then the "person" said they would connect me to a technician that could help me, but would cost $5 which they would refund. That sounded weird, but I clicked on the link and instead of using my credit card, I used PayPal. When I was connected to PayPal it came up that I was sending them $53 and $48 a month until problem was solved. of course I cancelled it. Pretty sad that when you need help there are Jack Behinds that want to steal from you. I am so glad I have PayPal. They have saved me a couple of times. Anyway, just glad I have my Old Faithful Computer for now. I cooked PorkChops in Mushroom Gravy with Mashed taters and Green Beans.
