The long and winding road through life seems almost eternal, and reaching the end all alone and left out in the cold seems a most daunting task. The Lord and my loved ones I know I share my plight, but through long and lonely nights, I wish that I could see the end around the bend. So many years to walk the long and lonely road till I reach the end and step over that threshold where I know I’ll have your loving hand to hold once more and keeps me stumbling along.
