Interesting Encounter

I was sitting at my desk, and caught a glimpse of something moving outside my window. There was Buddy up on the railing of the porch looking at the window, and when I looked out the window...he stared back. I got up and I have a small amount of Peanuts by the front door, and I keep a couple of cigarettes in a pack by the door as well. I picked up them up and went out the door. Sat down and threw a peanut at Buddy who was looking at me from the tree. He came and got it. He came back and I threw another one, but he came real close to the edge of the steps and just looked up at me. That is the closest he has ever come to me. Then Wussy showed up, and Wussy, thought still a little skittish, has decided her tummy overrides her fear. LOL When I got up to leave, I left a peanut on the railing like I always do..either Buddy or Mr BlueJay will come get it. Today...Buddy came..picked it up and sat down to eat it on the railing. Today is Corn day. I just looked out the window and there was Buddy...came to see if there was more peanuts. They must be hungry.
