What's for dinner? October 23

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
Tonight I'm making pork chops that are rubbed with Penzey's Pork Chop Seasoning and then breaded and fried in panko bread crumbs. Once the bread crumbs are browned and crispy I will finish them off in the oven. To go with I'll make jasmine rice and a steamed vegetable mix of corn, carrots, and asparagus. Yum! I'll take the leftovers to work tomorrow for lunch.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I found a frozen meal of chicken and potatoes with a Moroccan pepper sauce (company is called Saffron Road), and it was excellent! I also had some watermelon and a fiber bar.

I can never get pork chops to be tender enough but my mom made great ones. Someone already asked about dinner so I repeat myself. Put together what I call one of my mashes, French fries, topped with chili, topped with shredded cheddar and into the toaster oven,

Tonight we had gammon, baby potatoes and salad. Then we had salted caramel ice cream.
Your meal sounds lovely …..i would pass on the carrots though.

Maybe cousin #2 will make me a family size frozen dinner. She splits it in two and puts half in a microwave safe container for me to have on another night. If not, I will have my usual sandwich.
