This Poor Lady....

One of my favorite YouTube content providers told her listening quite a story the other night. Her "Bestie" lives a way away from her and they visit when they can. She goes down to see her every few months. She had not been back home from just such a visit when she got this news. Bestie had been out walking her female pitbull and there was an accident. The dog (70 pounds of pure muscle) lunged and took off after another animal. The leash pulled and Bestie was twisted harshly and fell to the ground. She has 4 ribs that were broken in several places among other bruises and scrapes. She went in for surgery today sometime and I haven't heard of how she is doing yet. I guess she will stay in the hospital a few days and then be released. The dog is well loved and has not been blamed for any of this. She is an animal that is hard to keep calm a lot of the time. All parties are well aware of this fact and take care of her to the best of their ability. Her name is Elvira. What a calamity.

The Pitbull is a very strong and dangerous dog.

Just now
It certainly is. Why people want them as pets is beyond me.

That's unfortunate but if you can't control your animals there is always a risk.

That's sad. A pit bull is a very strong and unpredictable dog.
