Sukhna lake in Chandigarh is a wonderful lake. These lakes are extensions of rivers and water bodies. They maintain ecological balance. Many people do boating in these lakes as in autumn it is airy.

Sukhna lake is a heavenly place indeed.
I stayed in Panchkula and Chandigarh for almost 4 years at the start of my work career.
Sukhna lake was a place where I visited many a times with my friends and twice with my father when he was visiting.
One can walk and walk along the lake bed where there are walking tracks.
I went to Chandigarh a few years back and met my friends.
And you know what?
We had a nice walk by the side of this lake.
