Hi myLot friends, today I had to join a new credit union (it all has to do with future living situation.) I will admit on the way there I was kinda wondering what I would say, but figured nahhh don’t worry about it. I’m sure it will come naturally once you’re in there. A woman approaches and asks how she can help me today. I say: Hi, I’d like to become a joiner. What’s that now? A “joiner”?? How about a member? Or I’d like to join this credit union. Nope, I wanna be a JOINER. Omg Have you ever just blurted out stupid words when your mind goes blank? Do share. Ok I realize I have some past discussions to hit up but right now I have some paperwork to tend to. Because don’t forget, I am now a credit union joiner. BBS x
