I think the fireworks will be cancelled !

So it has been raining heavily on and off since last night.
Doesn't bother me in the caravan but tonight is supposed to be the big firework display up in Weston town centre.
It's slightly weird as almost every year it gets cancelled because of bad weather, and it seems that this year is going to be the same !
Shame as I was looking forward to seeing them.

Canceled or rescheduled? Fireworks often get rescheduled here because of the weather.

@Traceyjayne We quit watching/shooting off fireworks around 15 years ago. I always have allergic reactions to the smoke. We stay in the house while everyone is wasting their money on fireworks here.

@DaddyEvil we don't do fireworks these days ...but as the display is a couple of miles away it would be rude not to ! Ha ha

Not sure .we are not usually here for them anyway so if they change the date we still won't see them.

People have said for years they should change the date
..I guess with bonfire night they want it as close to it as they can ....

@Traceyjayne well yes, it would be odd just to have fireworks for no particular reason.
