Do you sleep with the heater on?

Its winter in many parts of the western hemisphere and heating needs has gone up. I dont like sleeping with the heater on but I make sure the heat is enough to last until early morning. Do you sleep with the heater on or not?

In my part of the US, it is fall weather now. We had a low of -1C/30F last night until around 9 am when the temp went above freezing. We did have the heat running all night. Tonight, the temp is 7C/45F at 5 am so we still have the heat running.

I wait until it is literally freezing to turn in my heater. It is so expensive, and since I can always put on clothes upon clothes, I can save money that way.
