Our leaders, particularly from the ruling party love to boast of India being the largest democracy. Considering the population, it surely is. But what kind of democracy? It's a hijacked democracy , where voters list is manipulated and tampered to suit the will of the powers that control the election machinery. The leader of the opposition Mr Rahul Gandhi yesterday showed ample proof of how the last general election was stolen. While addressing a press conference he showed the photo of a Brazilian model, Lolita, whose photo has been found as voter on twenty and more places. The present dispensation has turned the largest democracy boast a joke.

All political parties are the same. It's for us the people to raise our voice. Why support any party? We will vote for a person who works well and uses government fund for the development of his constituency.

The problem is, in our parliamentary form of democracy a person doesn't stand alone. He or she has to come from a party.

@franxav That's not the case in Odisha. No politician has the audacity to ask a person to support a party as in Bengal.

It is sad to see how India conducts their government because it hurts the people so much. It just seems so easy to commit fraud over there. The United States government is messed up, but not in the same severe way, let me reiterate, I know our government is messed up too.

In the present times the fraud has become blatant, shameless and arrogant.

It seems less and less people are honest these days.
