Sudden tremors

November 6, 2025 9:23am CST
A mild earthquake rattled our city in the early hours of Tuesday, causing brief panic among residents who felt the ground shake around 4:18 a.m. The epicenter was 50Km from our location.whic likely triggered the light tremors experienced across several parts of the city.we rushed out of our homes in fear. Beds and windows tremble for a few seconds before the shaking stopped.Quake measured 3.7 magnitude on the Richter scale, classifying it as a low-intensity event. But many parts of the city felt huge sounds while rattling.Since it is a low intensity quake ,The reason behind the sound was not known yet. I Didn't felt something serious after 1minute of the incident..but it was a different experience which is the one I never want to have again. Have you ever had a similar experience?

@DaddyEvil I too felt sorry for them. Our city is in zone 2..which have very low intensity quakes. That is a big relief and ensured if it repeats in future It doesn't go beyond 4 magnitude.which is totally safe for properties and public.but blocks without foundation got damaged

I have experienced a couple of earthquakes, and I immediately got out of bed. Thankfully, it was harmless shaking.
