The serious snowfall does not help cultivation in the months of december january

Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir are the 2 states of India which receive the maximum snowfall during december and january. Yeah, very few food crops will grow if it's too cold. There is a wheat grown here during the winter and a few vegetables that can grow in the cold and are harvested in the spring.

thanks DE yes in Europe it snows in plainlands also. I agree too much snowfall is bad for crops
