Yesterday I got two vaccines, on in each arm. Throughout the night the arms starting aching and this morning they are sore, even when you're not touching them. Then my upper left leg where I had some sort of neuropathy from my last flight compressing my nerve, is acting up and kept me in moderate pain throughout the night. So I just up at 5 am and just got up to do something other than suffer. sigh.

I've been lucky. Knock on wood. I don't have reactions to vaccines other than a sore arm. Hubby had chills from one of the COVID shots. I'm sorry you were in such pain.

@looeyville I suppose all that pain has to say for itself is that it proves we are still alive.

Those vaccines always make my dad and his wife feel crappy for 48 hours. The pharmacist always recommends ibuprofen.

Vaccinations always make us sick for a couple of days along with the aching arm(s) but being sick a couple of days is always preferable to getting sick for a week or more by catching the flu/Covid/whatever else is going around.
