It was a case of a Lawrenceburg Police Sergeant Gregory Cannon who was coaching for his son's Under 14 travel baseball team on Thursday October 23 pitching when a teenager who was running from first base to second base collapsed to the ground. Sergeant Cannon ran toward the fallen baseball player and used cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR. Firefighters from the Lawrenceburg Fire Department came to assist the fallen baseball player and take him via ambulance to Cincinnati Children's Hospital where the teenager is expected to make a full recovery. Sergeant Cannon was off duty at the time of the incident since police officers are on call 24 hours a day. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/cri...
