So as it’s Sunday we had a roast dinner.
Today we had roast pork, roast potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli moray, sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce and gravy.
I never really used to bother about pork but it has become something of a favourite the last few years.
For pudding Mom had made pancakes …..not the American pancakes but our English pancakes.
Mom and The Mister had maple syrup and I had sugar and lemon juice.
Delicious lunch and pudding.
What did you have to eat today ?

I love a good pork roast; and your dinner sounds delicious. For dinner last night I had the second half of a frozen dinner --- chicken/broccoli/pasta. It was pretty good.

We eat lot of pork. It's a good price and we like it.

Hmm... most of your lunch sounds delicious. I would try the cauliflower and broccoli mornay but I wouldn't want the apple sauce and gravy.
I make a pork roast about every six months and make enough that I can freeze leftovers and have it five or six more times without cooking another roast.
I ate a hot ham and cheese sandwich early this morning when I took my morning meds.
