No Trump doesn't want the Epstein Files released

He has been fighting it tooth and nail for like a year now. He was BFFs with Epstein for years. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson shut down the House for weeks upon weeks to prevent their release because there was a lot of GOP support for it. Well the shutdown is now over, the new Democrat rep has been sworn in, and there will be a vote on the discharge petition to hold a vote in the House about releasing the files tomorrow. There is a majority for their release. . . at least in the house. You know Trump is in trouble when Lauren Boebert and MTG are pushing for it. So yesterday Trump pivoted and encouraged Republicans to vote for the release of the files. Sounds amazing, right? HAHAHAHA no it isn't. He has ordered Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate some of the people in the files and like the lap dog she is she is doing it. Well now Trump can act like he really wants the files released but many of them can't be because they are part of current investigations. How convenient. He could have released them at any time in the past almost 11 months. He didn't need Congress for that. There is a very specific reason why he did not. Now he is pretending like he is all good with it but you know that the DOJ will say it can't be done due to pending investigations/prosecutions. This is so freaking obvious but the MAGA rubes will fall for it like they fall for all of his other crap.
