What a Rainy day it's been

Lord Howdy, it's been a soaking rainy day today, it has been raining ALL day mostly Heavy rain, then we got some HEAVY down pours that had 2 inch Hail in it & that wasn't good to see. From the looks of what the weather people have been saying it's going to be a solid rainy week this week & THEN the nasty cold weather will be right B-hind that & BOOM winter will come. Now for the MORE concerning info I have since my last post I went to my sugar Dr the other day (11-13-25) & everything went well SO I THOUGHT, here's my vitals they took. Bp-124/67 weight 154,3 temp 98.2 resp 18 BMI 26.47 height 5'4 pulse 75 oxygen 95% with that they said it was good, My blood sugar was 8.8 when it's SUPPOSE to be in the range of 4.6-5.7 as you can see I missed it. These are the meds I'm on Eliquis- 2 x's a day 5 mgs Atorvastatin 1 x a day 80 mgs Carvedilol 6.25 mgs 2 x's a day Clopidogrel 75 mgs 1 x a day Doxazosin 1 mg 1 x a day freestyle libre 3 + sensor every 14 days Tresiba long acting insulin 16 units every day Novolog fast acting insulin 12 units 2-3 x's a day Now with ALL that you would think my sugar would stay some what stable, but it doesn't don't ask why cause I don't eat 3 x's a day that might be 1 reason. I am trying to eat the right foods but that's not helping I take my meds everyday like I need to & that's not doing any good either so NOW he has put me on a NEW med called Jardiance, & what info I got on it has me scared & worried at the same time, cause of the side effects & what they can do if things go wrong. :>{ I thought I'd put a video on here so you can see what I'm talking about & why I'm wondering if this is a GOOD idea & will it help or mess me up more?? If any 1 is on this medication what's your thoughts?

I take no medications. But it is always good to check all of the side effects.

@2ndchances24 - I also was given a medication years ago that made my heart rate jump to 120 beats. Doctors not always check your problems.

I didn't either till I crashed like I did in the hosp if it hadn't been for that I would still be on just BP meds but when I crashed like I did it really took a toll on my body & that's why I'm on all the meds I'm on now if it wasn't for that I'd be on NO meds but it's not going to happen cause now I'm on LIFE long meds.

Eating regular does help. I don't know anyone using that one

@2ndchances24 Another thing that can help is to eat your protein and vegetables before you eat the starchy stuff or sugar.

it's not something we have ever done in our lives & I know it's something that can be changed but we have always just ate here & there with a bite or 2 throughout the day.

like 3 x;s a day? we don't & haven't ever ate like that we mostly just eat small meals like 2 sandwich's or a bowl of cereal 4 slices of toast the only time we eat a FULL meal is when we go pay bills & that's 2 x's a month other than that we just snack more or less.
