STUPID PEOPLE KNOW EVERYTHING

Intelligent people are aware that their knowledge is limited. They ask questions and they listen. Stupid know everything so they don't question nor listen. Intelligent people can examine responses, hearing/reading between the words, picking up various clues, so they know when someone is lying or totally unaware of truth. Stupid people hear or read babble and repeat it without the slightest pause. Intelligent people do not listen to 'influencers' because they can't be sued. If you follow a doctor's advice and suffer as a result, the doctor can be sued. If an influencer advises and you follow, they can't be sued anymore than the man picking maggots out of his foot on the corner. This is because you have to be an idiot to listen and believe an 'influencer'. Stupid people make the same mistakes over and again because they never accept the mistake. Intelligent people analyse and avoid repetition. Intelligent people recognise the stupid and maintain a bland expression, aware of how easy it is to manipulate them. Pretend to be impressed, poke a few positive words into their blather. This elevates their ego and gains their affection so that they will do the 'favours' you request as proof of their superiority.

Well, if you live in the U.S. you can make a case to sue anyone over anything. The chances of it going far, depend. One of the most famous lawsuits that actually won, was the MCDonold's one. A woman bought a coffee, placed it in-between her legs, and to no one's surprise it spilled and burned her. She should've known better than to put her cupt, there but now, mcdonold's has to lavel their "hot" drinks so stupid people don't repeat her dumb mistake.

If a doctor tells you to drink bleach and you do it, he can be sued. But the drooling moronic 'influencer?' That Macdonald case sound so ridiculous... the woman sounds mental. But considering the increased stupidity of people... I suppose one has to tell them fresh brewed coffee is hot

@jaylar It does, but but it's a real case. It really happened and Mcdonolds had to make changes because of it. Because one stupid person made a stupid decision, and decided it was the restaurant's fault. Here's the thing. A lot of stupid lawsuits get filed on a regular basis. Most get thrown out, but some actually win. And, they are all stupid people filing them. You can't fix stupid. If a doctor told you to drink bleach, and you do it, it's not really his or her fault. You're the one who followed the advice. You had the choice to refuse.

@kaylachan but being a doctor gives him credibility. Like going to a a lawyer to gain advice. Those who have credibility can be sued. But take these 'influencers'. There's one who says the hurricane that hit Jamaica... Melissa... was man made.

people who have common sense know they don't know everything. They look, they think, and they come to the conclusionl
