I know it is a relief. I was reading if it comes back negative you don't need another one for 3 years. So much better than a colonoscopy.

That is wonderful!
I need to get a mammogram and a well woman exam. I’ve never had a mammogram although I’m 44. I go to the doctor so much I guess I skip what I can get by with. I WILL get a colonoscopy or do what you did next year though. I know colon cancer is getting people younger and younger.

It's not going to hurt to get one. Unless you suspect something, I would go with test though rather than the full scale colonoscopy.

So was I. Especially cool they don't recommend another one for 3 years.

Yes, that is important. I like vegetables, although probably don't eat them in the quantity I should. I am more of a fruit person.

Hoping for a good result for you. I hurt my knee back in June, and it took a long time for it to feel normal again. For awhile I thought I had a bone spur..but it all feels smooth now.
