A Minnesota Department Of Natural Resources (DNR) and a deputy with the Becker County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) teamed up together by using a boat to reach a 13 year old and a 14 year old teenagers whose gender was not mentioned went fishing at Straight Lake and they fell through the ice when they were inside on an Otter Sled on Tuesday afternoon November 18. An official with the DNR arrived first with a boat to break the ice before BCSO deputy and another DNR official drove the same boat to rescue to rescue the two teenagers who were examined by emergency personnel on the spot and released. I am sure that a DNR official was in the area and witnessed what happened to the two teenagers. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/us/...

I guess teenagers feel like they are going to live forever taking risks dealing with risky situations.

Good that the timely action saved lives. Also I hope that the two teenagers were hale and hearty, and did not suffer much due to the fall.

That's a scary situation to fall through the ice and be trapped in freezing water
