Have you watched the recently concluded Miss Universe competition? I bet were very surprised by the placements of the top 5. There is no way Miss Mexico answered all the questions impressively. She was the only one who had bad answers but she won the title. What could be the factor that made her win the title?

I never watch Miss Universe, I only read about Miss Jamaica who fell from the stage. Anyway we know from ages that it's manipulated. The Mexican candidate it's not even pretty.

@AmbiePam - Sadly all those contests are manipulated. A Juror left claiming that the Miss Universe Organization created an "impromptu jury" composed of people with "potential conflicts of interest." This happens all the time, large sponsors pay for their candidate.

I heard about this on the morning news. While there are probably some factors that are objective, a lot the scoring in these competitions are subjective, leaving the win to interpretation.
