Abu Dhabi Beach, Modern Buildings and old Fishing boats

Friends, you are aware that I spend a lot of time in Abu Dhabi. In this brief post, I would like to highlight a contrast. Abu Dhabi is a very modern city, both in mind and thought. If you go to the beach, you can see skyscrapers on the other side of the beach. On the beach, there are also fishing boats. These boats are still used for fishing. There are modern trawlers available, yet the government wants to keep these fishing boats as a heritage, and some trained seamen use these boats in the Arabian Sea. I find this very interesting, and it gives the contrast of the old world, charm, and modern development. I hope you like this photo..
