How are you coping with the rain/ snow if you have it?

It is not too much fun. Kitty doesn't even like days like today. If the sun isn't out, he is upset. I think he just thinks it is boring, and he doesn't get to see his favorite squirrels bopping around. Since I still need to get my thermostat replaced, although I have heat it is still a bit chilly in here. Today is my sister's birthday. I think they have snow where she lives. I will find out later if she had to go into the office today. She only has about 3 more months to work before her retirement.

Well, no snow or rain today, although we had rain last weekend and my roof leaked. I think we’ll be getting some unfortunate “wintry mix” Thursday though. I have another doctor appointment that morning, but it’s literally two miles away.

We supposedly had rain this morning, but slept through it. I was just out on the porch with George a moment ago and there's no sign of rain.

I bundled up, put feed out for the birds and squirrels, then came back inside. I'm not going anyway. I have a pantry full of soup and rice, and a freezer full of chicken and potatoes o'brien to make my infamous potato soup. I'm set for a week! If it lasts longer than that, I'll go see my uncle in Florida.
