Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
Today I had my 3 month check up with my endocrinologist. I figured it wouldn't be too great, but I was surprised. My A1c did go up from 6.5 to 6.7 but that's not too bad.
He did talk about my weight and if I wanted to lose some... I appreciate that he's not "you weigh too much lose weight now or else". Okay not sure a doctor would say that, but you know what I mean...
I've only gone up 2 pounds in the last 3 months, much slower than I was gaining so that is a plus...I do have plans for in the new year in that aspect.
Best news, I don't go back for 6 months to have another check up. Of course, if I get my "good news" I've been talking about I will have to go back sooner.. I sure hope I get that way before June!
Anyways, that's the update on my appointment...

Well and doctors follow all the old information and things change all the time....and nobody is the same, etc...

They always are, but they always go just fine...even though I stress they won't. My doc still tries to get me to eat veggies; says I don't have to "like/love" food to eat it lol. Well when the smell of them even make me feel sick...no way am I eating them!

Thank you, me too...I know I have been sharing about wanting that for a very long time...and each month I get a no. Hoping it'll be my Christmas gift this year..
