Have you ever even heard of it? It is a creamy coconut-based spiced drink from Puerto Rico that is kind of like their version of eggnog. I love anything coconut (except coconut water) so I tried it several years ago when a friend of my sister's gave her a bottle of his homemade version. Yum! I've made it the past couple of years in addition to the aged eggnog that I have been making for many years. I had planned to whip up a batch over the weekend but didn't get around to it so I will do that this afternoon. I just have to be sure to mark the mason jars of it because it looks the same as the regular eggnog when they are next to each other in the fridge. I mean I would happy sipping either of them during an evening but I also give away some of the eggnog to friends so I don't want to give them the wrong thing.
