In winter days are shorter in the east

As it is December now the days have been shorter. While we love the shorter days, the children dont like them. The reason is the time of playing outdoors are 4 pm to twilight there light fades. In the summers the afternoon are longer till 6 pm. In winter the same twilight happens at 4 pm, so games are shorter.

Yes, the outdoor activities sort of get curtailed in the winters.
And it sets even earlier in many North East areas.
Also one cannot start very early as it is quite cold in the morning.

But till this time, we have not seen harsh winters.
But things could suddenly change in a few days!

We have twilight in Missouri, USA, until 8 or 9 pm in the summer time. The sun sets around 8:30 pm then.

You know why I hated them. Mom would always go to bed its dark out. Its 6 pm. Go to bed and you will just be more refreshed for tomorrow. I hate winter time. What did you say boy? Yes maam.
