Friends, I thought I'd tell you of the day when I had a mix of Western and Indian food for breakfast. Western food consists of fried egg in butter, and Indian food consists of an item called the Kachori and a rice dish called poha.
The Kachori and Poha are staple foods for breakfast in Central India. They are very light to eat and easy on the stomach. You can garnish them with dry fruits like grated almonds and raisins. A fried egg has its own taste. You can have a fruit juice or tea/coffee as per your liking..
I liked it very much and I'm sure you will agree with me.

I ate fried eggs for breakfast most of my younger years and can agree it is delicious. The Kachori also sounds delicious, especially if meat is the filling.
(I like raisons and almonds but can't eat rice.)
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
