I found this rather interesting in the Bing homepage quiz today. Merced River is the one that runs through Yosemite National Park in California. It begins at Sierra Nevada and runs through many beautiful spots such as Yosemite Vallery before finally reaching Lake McClure. But what I found most interesting is that when the river's water levels go down in Fall and Winter a ghost town can be seen in Lake McConaughy due to the change in water levels. It is actually Lemoyne, Nebraska and this was created by the McKinsley Dam. It reappeared during a drought in 2004.

That is interesting. Many things have been found in rivers and lakes when the water is low
