Both me and my elderly mom as well as some other relatives need a place to walk sheltered from the cold weather, wind or when it's too hot. Plus both my mom and I are unable to get to stores often too. Why I thought of this I don't know but here is my plan..........win the lottery and purchase or build a small indoor one level shopping center.at one end take some of the stores and renovate them into little homes. Where the back doors are put grass down and make yards with gardens and playgrounds. Of course have them fenced in. Also inside take some stores and make them into an indoor play area for the children and a gym for the adults. Put a very long table in the buildings hallway to have family holiday dinners at! If someone want's to watch a ball game, a parade, whatever or maybe take a nap then the can go in their individual home and do so. At the other end of the building so we can walk to them there will be stores of our choosing for us to go to when we want! Sound like a good plan?
