This is the gist of what the neuro-psych told me today. I'd grab some phrases from his report, but he hasn't given me the written report yet.
IQ: Very high. Like really high.
Depression: Major Depressive Disorder right now in severe clinical depression
Brain Function: Mild Cognitive Impairment
He wants me to maybe change psychiatrists and see a neurologist and continue taking the Dementia medication that I take but possibly change to new anti-depressants.
I scored extremely high on vocabulary and organizing words.
I scored extremely low on visual-spatial tests like re-drawing a complex drawing
I scored low-for-me in the other areas compared to last time I tested.
So now I have a sense of relief just to know what exactly is going on and I need to work on my Depression and mental health issues.
Have you ever had neuro-psych testing? They put you through the wringer with about 35 mental tests that take into account age, intelligence, education, and everything else adjusted in the results.

I haven’t had them. At my age, what’s the purpose of knowing if I meet the “clinical definition” of ADHD since I’ve made it this far in life without the tag?

Even with no impairment, I can't draw worth a crap so couldn't recreate their drawings for the life of me.
I have had some of the psych testing when I got lost in the desert years ago. They didn't test for a lot of that, though.

I’m familiar with the test you took because of my mom so I remember how thorough it was.
