What a mistake! Added lemon granules to my milk tea!

We all know what lemon does to milk. Yesterday evening heavily. So on my way home I bought a packet of milk with an intention of making some tea and challenge the coldness. The tea was boiling briskly as I ensured my birds were settled well for the night. While getting back to the cooking area, I think I suddenly became absent-minded and picked the lemon granules container. I realized my mistake after dropping a quarter table spoon of lemon granules into the boiling milk tea.
Of course it went bad instantly. There wasn’t anything to do. It however didn’t go to waste since upon cooling, I gave it to the ducks and or sure, they enjoyed it! I had to make strong tea for myself before proceeding to prepare dinner; Ugali with “Sukuma wiki.”

Oh! Sorry about that. Those things happen with everyone from time to time, either we are overwhelmed or go absent minded. We use cuddled milk to make cottage cheese

@SIDIKIMPOLE Boil milk. Then add lime juice. It will cuddle. Filter that and the cheese is there. We call it paneer in India. You can search "How to make paneer at home". I am sure that you will get a video.

I often get absent-minded and put sugar in Vince's coffee instead of my own. He likes more milk than I do but we just put up with the mistake and I try hard to remember next time! lol
