One of my friends on mylot gave me an outstanding solution to a problem that was really bothering me. She suggested I put food at the place where a stray dog had made a habit of leaving its waste almost daily. I am glad to say that the dog eats the food and takes its waste elsewhere. I am now convinced that a dog cannot leave its waste at the spot where it feeds from!

Glad that the trick worked. Dogs are very smart. They mark their territories well and demarcate feeding area from defecating ones.

That was quite an easy fix except that you had to feed the dog. Hopefully you had leftovers that you could give it.
