Just Saw a Reindeer In My Backyard!

Yes, I really did. But I spelled that wrong.
Rain deer.
It was a deer . . . and it's raining . . . therefore Rain Deer. 
I do so enjoy my office window looking out into the berm of my suburbian back yard and seeing God's beautiful creatures that wander by occasionally.
Deer, fox, racoons, chipmunks, birds, squirrels - - all wonderful.

I have rain squirrels, then, I guess. I haven’t looked outside in a while (watched the squirrels start eating after I put the food out, but I’m sitting in the living room, watching a guy get ME lost on a video drive around Louisville…he definitely did NOT take the straight route!)
My critter collection is mostly squirrels and birds, but I’ve seen an occasional raccoon and groundhog. I don’t count the neighborhood cats, but they’re here a lot. (Haven’t seen Squeaky this morning, she’s probably across the street getting fed before she comes over here to bum off me. )1 person likes this
