Who's ready for next year ? I can't believe it's fixing to be 2026, REALLY ? where has it gone ? Since I've been out of the hosp in 2023 it's like time has went by me like a freight train without any breaks, where has the time gone to ? ? I feel like I lost 2 yrs dealing with my health & losing all 6 of my dogs along with working on the cabin took a lot of them 2 yrs but DAMN ! ! It sure don't seem like it's been that long, I just just feel like I've lost time along the way some where, some how, it makes me wonder what the next 3 yrs will have in store for us ? As the old saying goes "Do I wanna know ?" I'm not sure. Has anyone else lost time like I have & don't know where it went ? & wonder about what next year is going to be like ? do you have any plans for what you want to do next year ? I have a lot of plans but the question is will I be able to get any of them done & can we get them done ? ? we'll have to wait & see. I hope every 1 had a great Xmas & got what you wanted & your ready to tackle next year & everything goes like you want it to.

I feel like the fall and winter went by fast, but summer seemed to drag on for me. That’s just me though, and I think it’s because we have spring/summer weather even today (yesterday was 79 degrees). I am so glad you are so much better than you were two years ago.

The last 2 years went by so fast on me that I can't believe we're going into a new year that the last 2 went by so fast I don't know how we got here without going crazy with everything I've been through. I'm blessed to have what health I have & thank God everyday I'm as strong as I am from everything I've been through, it's a real blessing to be as healthy as I am from what I went through.

I have a few plans I would LIKE to see done but I'm not 4-sure if I will see them get done being my husband is the 1 that has to do them cause I KNOW I can't see me doing them when it involves getting on a ladder & doing them but If he can't do them then it's no big deal cause I SURE don't need him getting hurt.

The year 2025 was a "fast" year. We packed all our stuff during January and February, the 10th of March we moved here and we spent months to renew documents, replace the car plates, do other bureaucratic stuff. No plans for the year 2026, just hoping to have a pleasant relaxed year.

I guess when we are so busy the time just flies by cause we are focused on what we're doing & the time just gets away from us & we don't realize it till the new year creeps up on us & then we think about everything we've done or went through it makes us wonder where the time went. I'm hoping for a blessed year that we can make time to take a trip to Fla this coming year so we can put it B-hind us & go on with our lives being it will be the last LONG trip we'll ever make,

@2ndchances24 - We stopped going on long trips several years ago. my husband now gets easily tired, he cannot drive for long time and it will not be safe to be far away from home. We traveled a lot when we were young. We can rest now.

@LadyDuck I can understand that, that's why we are trying to get this trip out of the way cause his family hasn't seen him since 2008 when we left Fla so it's PAST due for him to visit them for the LAST time.

So it's not just me thinking time has went by like a freight train I don't know how in the world I made it through everything I've been through without going into a deep depression with it all. I guess I'm stronger than I ever thought I could be, cause if it was any 1 else I think they would have went over the edge if it hadn't been for the support of God & my husband & my computers to keep me going I don't think I would have made it, cause what I've been through should have did me in. You know what the say, the strong survives & keeps on pounding & never gives up till God is ready for them. I had a great Xmas, it was very peaceful & relaxing.
