Last night I was attempting to heat up a frozen spinach souffle in my toaster oven. 25 minutes wasn't enough so I started the cycle again. Circuit breaker blew. Fridge light went out so it must be on the same circut. Hubby went to the breaker box. I tried the oven again. Blew. I heated the souffle in the big oven after that. Then I went on Next Door and asked if anybody knew an electrican? That started a good sized discussion and chat about going to Home Depot and buying parts for the breaker box. Uh uh. NO. Some times you need an expert. I know. Not the cheap way to go. Burning my house down or other nasty disaster is not my idea of fun. I called a recommended person. He will be here Friday morning. Probably going to be a simple fix. I hope. The breaker box appears shiny new- we were told the house was re-wired when we bought it. Yeah.
