Went to AmVets today, but stayed home for New Year. Had Chili and Cornbread. Looking forward to supper tomorrow night...Pork Chops, Hoppin John's Blackeyed Peas, Collard Greens, and CornBread.

It sounds like a nice, cozy New Year’s Eve staying in after AmVets. I to feel Chili and cornbread is perfect comfort food to end the year. Tomorrow night’s supper sounds absolutely amazing. Pork chops with Hoppin’ John’s black-eyed peas are such a classic choice. Collard greens and cornbread make it feel extra special and traditional. I am sure it will be fun. i stayed home too and even made a lunch so i didn't have to make it in the morning. happy new year!
