Well 2026 is here, and the new challenge begins, remembering to write 2026 for the date. How did you spend your New Years Eve? It was a quiet one here. I ended up watching a cheesy Christmas movie on Great American Family, a wholesome station. I haven't seen any this year, so it seemed like time. I was also dozing on the couch until it was close to ball drop time. Then I watched New Years Rockin Eve for awhile..until the ball drop. Anything noteworthy last night or today?

We spend it with family, eating, watching TV, and making loud noises when the clock hits midnight with the whole neighborhood. It was really fun and in the afternoon I went to a nearby cafe to buy frappe for my sister and i.

@snowy22315 Yes it is. I think this is the most fun and best New year Eve's Celebration we had.

We had a quiet evening at home. Watched the New Year in NY for a while and the ball drop, the son then watched some computer videos he likes (he Frankenstein's old parts to fix up old ones when he feels up to it) and I watched a nature documentary on what plastic is doing to the oceans. Not exciting, but we don't want excitement over here.
Happy New Year, Snowy!

Nothing here. It's always hard to remember the date change
