Just Finished My First Workout of the Year

We didn't make it to the gym yesterday because (a) hubby wasn't feeling well; and (b) all the crazy resolution people would have been there and it would have been crowded.
But we went this morning at a reasonable time where it wasn't much busier than usual.
I did 30 minutes of cardio (treadmill), and 30 minutes of using the circuit machines (leg press, butterfly press, bicep curls, etc.).
Now we're home and showered and getting ready to set out for our errands (grocery pickup) for the day.
Are you going to exercise more this year?

Hubby and I were doing 4 days a week until I broke my foot and got sick in September.

I have been increasing my daily exercise since July, so I suspect I will be continuing on that track.

Sitting less and moving more is one of my goals for this year. But I'm definitely not a gym person.
Glad you and hubby made it to the gym this morning. Sounds like you had a good workout.

We have a gym here just a walking distance away from our house. I just visited recently but I didn't work out for there's a payment to use their machines. Well I just continue my early morning and late afternoon. There's no cost.
