Lunch for Two For Just $6

Again we took advantage of a bonus gift card we received before Christmas. On Black Friday we bought $100 worth of Texas Roadhouse gift cards, which gave us a $20 bonus free gift card. We used the $20 bonus gift card today to buy our lunch, netting just a $6 difference plus tip so $12 for two people. That's crazy good! Hubby had the chicken tenders with two sides and I had the rib appetizer with green beans. It was the best meal I've had lately.

That’s a lot of gift cards! But since you eat there anyway, it makes sense.

Right. We figured we'd spend that much in a year anyway, so might as well get the bonus benefit

I have only been to Texas Roadhouse once or twice, and I have to say I wasn't too impressed with it, that is a good deal though. Cheddars from Scratch Kitchen in the same approximate price range is one that I do really enjoy. I have never had a bad meal there.
